So yesterday afternoon I was headed home and was crossing the river at Route 148 and the spirit moved me to stop and take a picture. Caught at the right time, you can catch an amazing sunset, much better than this.
No matter, I was reflecting what a good year we had. The drought did not help honey production, but it was not too bad. We kept the habaneros watered and had a bumper crop to dry and grind.
It was so good to see all our friends at the farmers market.
We have a lot to be thankful for this year on Long Hill.
